PROJECT PURPOSE

The purpose of this portfolio will be to reveal the steps I have taken developing as an individual through various leadership experiences and utilize theories of leadership to evaluate what the significance of each experience.

This portfolio will portray how pressure can lead to misunderstood expectations of success and my way of overcoming that pressure on my journey of self-discovery to develop a set of expectations for myself.

I intend to share this message with others so that they gain knowledge without needing to go through the same journey again.
